Psalms
“The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care, and their inheritance will endure forever. In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.” (Psalm 37:18-19, NIV) You know I have often wondered as I read through the Psalms who on earth the psalmist is talking about, because half the time when I read the Psalms, especially in something like the one I have quoted above, I think this can’t possibly be talking about me.
